Affection Disability Care has been providing top-quality disability care services in Australia since 2021.
We’re committed to helping people by offering access to a range of exceptional services – all designed to provide best quality service to our clients’ satisfaction.
It’s common to assume that providing disability care is an easy going job. How hard is looking after people for a few hours, can only be known to those involved in the care and support services industry. In reality, the best disability care is far more challenging than we think. The way we see it, disability care should be about making people feel more involved, respected, comfortable, independent and confident as a normal human. We take everything into account when caring for our valuable clients, ensuring all their requirements are met with highest standards– yet helping them to retain their dignity, respect and independence.
With our innovative approach, we’ve brought smiles to over thousands of faces and the process continues.

Our Background
Affection Disability Care launched in 2021 with a vision of providing exceptional care that is all about the NDIS participants and their needs. While we are still a young company, we have some vastly experienced heads at the helm. The key personnel at our company provide guidelines with strategic goals to ensure our services are of the highest standard.
Our management is supported by a dedicated and passionate team of highly qualified support coordinators, case managers, allied health practitioners, support workers and carers who are committed to providing memorable experiences to people with disabilities through provision of high quality compassionate care.
This means all our clients can feel confident that they’re being looked after by people who have all the skills needed to handle every task. We place great emphasis on training and experience, so we can deliver the very best caring services in Australia.
The Affection Disability Care Mission
To provide high quality, compassionate, ethical and indiscriminative support to help people with disability improve their independence, remove barriers, practice choice and live the life they choose.
We are dedicated to providing professional and reliable care and support services to all participants. While serving our valuable clients, we do not follow a general care plan, rather custom designed approach for every individual.
All of our services are designed to be as professional and reliable as they could be. No matter who the participants are – or whatever needs they have – we are always there to help, and there will always be professional support from trained specialist carers.
We believe that too many disability care services in Australia are set up to make money. Of course, a business needs to make a profit, but this shouldn’t be the sole aim of a disability service provider. With us, we always put the participants first. We believe that the care should be shaped around individuals, putting their preferences at the centre of all the services that are designed for them. This approach shapes everything we do – from the planning stage down to the practical tasks we do for our clients each day.
Our ‘person-first’ caring culture gives us a framework for our service. We:
- believe in putting the person first
- improve people’s lives
- collaborate and communicate
- care about the details
- deliver high quality care
- assist in skills development, capacity building and much more.
- On the ground level, this means:
- We treat you as an individual – we respect your integrity, values and expressed wishes.
- We collaborate with you – you take an active role in your care as per your choice.
- We communicate and listen – we listen to you and tailor our services according to your needs.
- We are sensitive to cultural and family needs – we appreciate the cultural and individual values of the clients.
- We value your independence – we focus on what people can do for themselves, and empower them to live as independently as possible.
- We value your dignity, comfort and safety – we aren’t just concerned about what we do; we also care about how we do it.
- We take a holistic approach to your care – we work with you to deliver a plan that truly cares for every aspect of your being.
