In reality, the best disability care is far more challenging than we think. The way we see it, disability care should be about making people feel more involved, respected, comfortable, independent and confident as a normal human. Our Background

Affection Disability Care launched in 2021 with a vision of providing exceptional care that is all about the NDIS participants and their needs. While we are still a young company, we have some vastly experienced heads at the helm. The key personnel at our company provide guidelines with strategic goals to ensure our services are of the highest standard.

Our management is supported by a dedicated and passionate team of highly qualified support coordinators, case managers, allied health practitioners, support workers and carers who are committed to providing memorable experiences to people with disabilities through provision of high quality compassionate care.

This means all our clients can feel confident that they’re being looked after by people who have all the skills needed to handle every task. We place great emphasis on training and experience, so we can deliver the very best caring services in Australia.

We believe that too many disability care services in Australia are set up to make money. Of course, a business needs to make a profit, but this shouldn’t be the sole aim of a disability service provider. With us, we always put the participants first. We believe that the care should be shaped around individuals, putting their preferences at the centre of all the services that are designed for them. This approach shapes everything we do – from the planning stage down to the practical tasks we do for our clients each day.

Complimentary Consultation – It’s impossible to provide the perfect care if you don’t know anything about your clients. That’s why we don’t just sell you an overall care package – we tailor it to your needs. What’s more, it all starts with an initial consultation during which we talk to each other about your needs, budget, and more. From here, you will have an extensive care plan that is designed especially for you.
Industry Experience – Our company might be young, but the people behind it certainly aren’t. Registered NDIS Service Provider: We’re registered with the NDIS: a government scheme designed to make disability care more accessible and affordable. A lot of our care and support is covered by NDIS funds. We are also becoming an Aged Care provider in the near future.
